It has made a difficult job much easier to manage - Brooke, Pope Packaging Very friendly, fabulous service !! - Jody, Red Cross Marketing I think that in your game it is important to offer a range of products at varying degrees of quality so that if you want to do a quick cheap promotion you can, or you can go for a higher quality longer term product. Price is obviously an issue but service is very important to me and I would always go with the guy who seemed genuinely keen to help me, even if it cost a bit more. You went the extra mile for me so that gives me confidence and trust, and obviously means I will always use you if that continues. I also think it is very important to deliver on time and would rather be told a later date and take delivery early than the other round. Simon, Fit For Success
